Páru Deli Inkas Sushi

Palermo

Parú Deli Inkas Sushi was born thanks to Jann Van Oordt, the renowned Peruvian chef who some years ago introduced the Peruvian-Oriental fusion cuisine in our country, demonstrating the interpretation, creativity and exclusivity in each of his dishes. And he did it with superior proposals, based on new techniques and flavors that maintain his indisputable style of cooking. One of its premises is in the neighborhood of Palermo, where they have a fresh, young and canchero lounge, with nice details in wood and a careful lighting. In addition, for those who want to eat out, there is a sector of tables and chairs on the sidewalk (and with umbrellas).

As for the flavors, you will find the best sushi fusion (a subtle balance between the innovative Andean ingredients and the care of the Japanese technique); all the flavor of the sea with tiraditos and ceviches that stand out for their harmony of flavors; grilled to perfection (outstanding meats and the best of the sea, seasoned and prepared in two styles, Peruvian and Japanese); and sophisticated drinks, prepared with extreme patience. Recommended? Ceviche de máncora, tiradito Car-Passion and sigh Lima.
