Peugeot Lounge 404 Bistro

Palermo

The neighborhood of Palermo is the meeting point for the French automaker to have its first bar and restaurant in Buenos Aires, inspired by the famous "Peugeot Avenue" of Champs Élysées in Paris. His restaurant 404 Bistró (of French style in the high plant), counts on the contribution in the kitchen of the chef Diego Gera; and offers a capacity of 30 seats in the lounge, 10 in the VIP and 30 on the terrace.

The bistro menu is short, with five entries and as many main and desserts. Within the proposal of Diego Gera, we highlight the appetizers of shrimp and apple remoulade, one of the most requested dishes along with another classic such as salmon a la nicoise. When recommending the main ones, the proposal ranges from a classic steak with potatoes and truffles to duck confit with carrot, orange and spices puree. Of the desserts, the most requested is the Citrus Napoleon with bitter chocolate sorbet, although it also highlights the tasting of desserts (a rich selection of sweets from the menu to share).

Finally, its private room for 10 people allows exclusive meetings for both individuals and corporate meetings.
