Founded in 1988, the place located in the exuberant corner of Venezuela and Salta (Monserrat neighborhood) is the first of this chain of restaurants. Installed in an old recycled building, it highlights its Italian architectural influence, harmonizes spaces, creates living rooms and areas that make its journey a pleasure. With the contribution of its chef Blanca Corrales, Prosciutto highlights the Pan Campestre, which consists of slices of country bread with goat cheese gratinated on a bed of radicheta, prosciutto and olive; the paellas of seafood and vegetables, or the salmon ravioli with seafood sauce. As a final detail, the pancakes are the favorites at the time of dessert and come filled with apple and covered with sambayón, chestnuts and cream ice cream. An intense atmosphere of a bar that takes us to the best of Italian and international cuisine.
