Don Carlos Cantina now with new management, is a traditional restaurant located in the neighborhood Almagro, with history and a presence that already identifies it as one of the most porteño proposals.

This space has been visited by innumerable personalities (the photographs on the walls document this fact) and stands out for its climate of mythical place. The atmosphere is entertaining, with a dynamic style and spaces that invite you to meet.

In the Cantina Don Carlos, you can enjoy the unmissable Spanish omelet (potatoes, egg, red peppers, onion, red chorizo); of options such as fish and seafood grilling; or homemade pastas such as gnocchi, spinach souffle with assorted sauces to choose from or chicken with oreganate, calabrese, Provencal or garlic. Also the suckling pig to the Segoviana, with potatoes and onions in its sauce stand out; or the florentine haddock on a spinach mattress and bathed in white sauce.
