Rock & Ribs is the first smokehouse in Argentina that replicates the spirit of the authentic southern American grill.

Its outstanding kitchen has a smoker with the possibility of cooking 1. 500 kilos of meat simultaneously.

This brand new restaurant is located in a new culinary hub of the city of Buenos Aires, precisely in the lakes of Palermo, below the Miter railroad tracks.

Rock & Ribs has a front outdoor terrace and another in the back; In addition to the room that is distributed between the first floor and the basement.

Among the dishes offered by its varied menu, we highlight the traditional and weighted ribs with BBQ sauce own from the house, accompanied by coleslaw and fried potatoes; pulled pork sandwich, cheese burger, corn dogs, bourbon chicken, salads and smoked salmon, among other specialties of American cuisine.

The bar and its large bar attract attention.

Grolsch beer shot, signature drinks, classic cocktails and a wide range of spirits complete the varied drinks menu.

Live music on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and the menu for the little ones crown this new gastronomic experience.

The place stands out for its setting and decoration where wood and iron play a leading role.

In addition, it has 3 pigs carved by hand by the cabinetmaker and master craftsman from Rosario Di Gregorio, creator with the Sequalino brothers of the first carrousel that was built in Argentina.

These pigs made of oak date back to 1946, and are currently hanging from the ceiling, being one of the attractions of the place.

One of the highlights is the Rock & Ribs Nest: a private room for 12 people with its own television, air conditioning, music and exclusive waiter.
