Síntesis Tapas Asiáticas is a novel proposal of contemporary Asian cuisine located in the neighborhood of Recoleta.

It is a warm and welcoming space, attended by its owners and offering a personalized service from which you can enjoy varied and tasty dishes of the Japanese and Taiwanese tradition through the option of an eight-step tasting tapas.

The proposal includes skewers of lacquered chicken in teriyaki, wonton of salmon, gyozas of pork and nira, sushi, cane of breaded carré, salad with crunchy and ginger ice cream.

The Síntesis menu also displays different and innovative dishes that at the same time maintain the essence and a perfect balance between modern cuisine and traditional cuisine.

There are presentations such as the traditional ramen tonkotsu, and classics such as chicken teriyaki, salmon with sesame crust, sweet and sour fish and Japanese curry.

To highlight, during the week there are executive lunch options; dinner from Thursday to Saturday; and for its celebrations, events and special occasions, a tailored cocktail service is provided in the premises and catering at home.
