Sipan Palermitano

Palermo

In Sipan, the mission is clear and forceful: they seek to position Peruvian cuisine as one of the best cuisines on the planet and that it will last in time by itself.

In the case of the premises located in the neighborhood of Palermo, he arrived there with the "The Palermitano Hotel".

Continuing with its decorative line, Sipan has a more urban, sophisticated and elegant atmosphere.

As for its gastronomic proposal, this is similar to the local Punta del Este: cevicheria with specialty in fish and seafood dishes.

Thanks to its location in an area full of bars, the pisco bar has a preponderant role within this space, which offers a wide range of drinks of high international contemporary cocktails, prepared based on Peruvian pisco.

And as if that were not enough, Sipan was recognized in 2010 as the best ethnic restaurant in Buenos Aires at the Cuisine & Vins Awards; and in 2011 as the best Peruvian restaurant in Argentina by the Government of Peru.

A standout? The veggie roll, filled with smoked tofu, roasted cherrys and hakuzay leaves, and topped with rocoto guacamole and toasted almonds, with Misorange sauce.
