Amano – artisans of flavors

Amano opened its doors on 20/7, Friend's Day, with the enthusiasm of offering delicious and quality food . In full quarantine , Amano, is a place of sourdough that bets on Argentina. You can already order them both in Rappi and Glovo.

They decided to reverse two Argentine classics: the empanadas and the pizzas . They are passionate about what they do and they transmit it to everything they touch, that is why they like to define themselves as artisans of flavors.

They try to make everything by hand, take care of every detail and respect each process, with their fermentation times, they believe in a long proofing that helps make food lighter and more digestible.

What do they use to cook?

They use natural ingredients , selected flours and biodynamic tomatoes. Their products are completely handmade, without molds, they believe in empanadas with real repulgue, yes! handmade, one by one. But while continuing to innovate in flavors.

Through the process of natural fermentation (sourdough) the time needed for the dough reaches its optimum point of leavened are taken, therefore, since they started to knead until they reach your hands spend at least 3 days.
