Mafia art

Palermo
Arte de Mafia is the first themed mafia restaurant in Argentina, and for that reason they welcome you to mafia recipes, to "omertá", to "cosa nostra".

For decades, the mafia and gastronomy have been intimately linked.

History tells us that the most precise and successful operations were planned around a table and with a dish in front of "il cappo".

In spite of the time, the flavors remain intact, like the most orthodox traditions: the tomatoes, the olive oil, the olives, the anchovies, the capers; and obviously, the pasta: protagonist of the vera cucina Italiana.

All these definitions and aspects make Arte de Mafia a restaurant to go to know as soon as possible.

There we find flavors such as the Sorrentini di Coniglio John Gotti (of rabbit braised with almonds, celery and green onion); Al Capone ravioli (with spinach dough stuffed with pink salmon and a dash of fresh dill); Panzotti di Lucky Luciano (pasta stuffed with ricotta, fresh basil, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella); Filet de Brótola with marsala sauce and "Caponata" (onion, aubergines, celery, black olives, capers and tomato cubes); or baked chicken breast and demiglace sauce.
