Located in a garage and with a modern, industrial-inspired, canchero style, Salvaje Bakery is the ideal place to brunch or buy quality food, baked goods and coffee.

The genius behind the ovens is Germán Torres, professional chef and baker who specializes in sourdough. The list is headed by the different sourdough breads made with 000 organic flours, wholemeal flours, organic sugar and free-range eggs: bagel, pre-pizza, baguette, campito with buckwheat, wholemeal, focaccia, walnut bread and multigrain mold .



The menu is brief and well thought out: hummus, mushroom pate, sunflower cheese, braised bondiola, cakes, sandwiches and pickles. The selection of sweets offers a fine pastry with classics such as banana or vegan pudding, cookies, chocolate or cinnamon roll, rye brownie and the inevitable croissants.



Everything can be brought or eaten at one of the pleasant outdoor tables in the company of friends, including those with four legs.
