Pulpería Quilapán

San Telmo
La Pulpería Quilapán is a very Argentinian space to share with friends and family, where you can take a robber glass of gin or eat dishes fresh from the clay oven.

It opens its doors on a historic mansion in the neighborhood of San Telmo to become a respite, a moment that is carried in the heart, refuge of the curious, travelers, artisan producers and friendly neighbors.

Its rustic atmosphere is composed of several elements, because there they lodge an office of wines pateros, vermouth, chopped, general store, shop of handicrafts, a dining room, a ballroom, and even a playground for recreation and reading.

As for the flavors of the place, the highlights are the bondiola of boar cooked for four hours with cider and star anise; the garlic chicken with special crispy potatoes; the chorián "Quilapán" (in homemade bread, handmade chorizo, dijon mustard and green salad); the pampeana hare (in reduction of patero wine to juniper with sautéed vegetables); or the cheesecake of petit suisse cheese and fig jam, as sweet for the end.
