A disturbing proposal of Italian cuisine. That's Baccano Restó, in the neighborhood of Núñez. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, has low lighting that predisposes to privacy. The kitchen is the work of its chef Hugo Fanega, of which we must make an exclusive stop in the black ravioli stuffed with pink salmon or the green ravioli stuffed with spinach. Obviously, the pasta is perhaps the pearl of the place, so they are also exquisite sorrentinos of mozzarella and ham or rifles to fierrito. To finish the trip, there are three recommended: homemade flan, chocolate mouse or tiramisu. Three classics that do not disappoint.
