Raíces is a restaurant whose specialty is home cooking, which prepares and serves their dishes in the Saavedra area of the city of Buenos Aires.

The kitchen is in charge of Fernanda Tabares, who has designed a gastronomic proposal of good taste and with historical touches to delight all palates. Their specialties are the language to the vinaigrette, the scrambled gramajo roots, the gnocchi of potato and ciboulette, the risotto of crunchy sweetbreads, or the steak with fries roots. For dessert, it is suggested to try the flan as before, the chocotorta with iced mint ice cream, or the banana pancake drunk with ice cream.
