Baltha Deli Café opened in 2019 and had a few tables for those who wanted to enjoy staying in the place, but it adapted to the current situation and for the moment it only serves take away or delivery mode. It is a small and modern place, with minimalist decoration but very warm, because the touch is given by the delicacies on the counter. The dishes are original and interesting, with different flavors, colors and textures. They have two menus, one with the dishes of the day and the other for the evening.
In the daily dishes there are several sandwiches with original flavors such as veggie with beet sauce, cucumbers and toast; the mortadella, guacamole and tomatoes with a side of sweet potato fries or the smoked vacuum and the salmon bagel. Among the salads, the Quinoa and Magias stand out, with avocado and kale, the Stracciatella, with raw ham and cherry tomatoes, and the smoked salmon. There are also woks, milanesas and salmon poke, among many other options.
The evening dishes are a little more elaborate and abundant, with more options of salmon, pork and meats but that follow a more gourmet line. There are pastas, paella, smoked kamado bondiola with Toffee sweet potato, braised leg with sweet potatoes and aioli, ossobuco with puree or sole with rosti potatoes.
In its beginnings, the protagonist was coffee and, although it has competition, because the dishes it offers are wonderful, coffee has not lost its magic and is still a mandatory stop for lovers of this drink.
