Togni's is not just another pizzeria nor does it follow a particular style. Disruptive and with its own stamp, the wide variety of flavors and textures it offers makes your pizza an original and attractive product that adapts to all palates and preferences. Togni's offers two pizza options, both made with organic flour, sourdough and yeast: one very thin and crispy, which comes out whole or in portions, ideal for trying several, and another rectangular mold, edged with caramelized cheese. Airy base and a floor that creaks when you bite into it. The protagonists of these magnificent flavors are mozzarella, olive oil and Italian tomato, of unmatched quality. Popular pizzas include pepperoni and jalapeños; the one with cheese and meatballs; the mozzarella and raw ham and the portobello and mushrooms.



Máximo Togni lived in the United States for six years; He prepared Latin cuisine dishes in trendy restaurants and toured North American cities to make Argentine wines known. When he returned to Buenos Aires, he opened Dogg and established himself as the king of hot dogs and Yankee hamburgers in the city. But he was missing something, there was a place very close by that was crying out for his favorite dish: pepperoni pizza. The process was long, but together with his partner Martín Arrieta, in 2021 they shaped this new challenge.
