This house is a National Historical Monument and headquarters of the House of Culture and Board of Historical Studies. It belonged to Antonino Marcó del Pont, first president of the National Lottery and director of Banco Argentino. Meetings were held there with personalities of the time such as Enrique Peña, Bartolomé Miter, among others.
