Homemade (San Telmo)

San Telmo

With airs of still life and light rustic touches, it opens its doors a few meters from the Lezama Park (in the neighborhood of San Telmo), the Caseros restaurant: a gastronomic proposal of traditional dishes with the taste of the homemade, where there is room for pasta, meats, fish and seafood.

In its space shines the white of its furniture next to the walls that rest pure, without objects that hang to decorate.

There we see (partially) the kitchen in sight, with a frame in reclaimed wood, which gives it a warm and original touch; and a bar, also made of wood, also unpainted by the passage of time.

In addition, stands out the ancient crockery (with fruit bowls on the tables) and the correct natural lighting of all its space.

As for the flavors of Caseros, his menu shows dishes such as lamb ribs with potatoes au gratin and watercress salad; the homemade noodles with chicken tuco; matambrito of pork with endives, pears, fennel and radicheta; the catch of the day; kidney kidneys with onions and potatoes; or grilled sole with grilled polenta, mushrooms, tomato and spinach.
