Chimu

North Neighborhood

Chimu is a culture of the coasts of Peru to which the birth of the techniques and elements of the famous Peruvian cuisine is associated.

With this imprint and under the same name, this restaurant is born in the middle of Barrio Norte, which is a faithful representative of the flavors of this country, where you will find all the typical ingredients of Peru.

Chimu presents a small and cozy room, which offers a simple decoration without too many pretensions: its objective is not to distract the senses so that they are attentive to the incredible flavors of the dishes.

As for the menu of the place, there are options such as strips of beef tenderloin sautéed with onion, tomato, potato chips and accompanied with rice; pieces of fried chicken passed through flour accompanied with french fries and salad; filet of fish, varied seafood, cooked in lemon juice, accompanied with sweet potato, boiled white corn, corn and cassava; basil-based noodles with bisteck, accompanied with papa a la huancaína; or the rice with vegetable stew accompanied with spicy seafood.
