Clark's is a traditional restaurant in the neighborhood of Recoleta founded in 1974 by chef Gato Dumas. It is a space that was a pioneer in the area, reaching international prestige.

In its environment, warmth and good service predominate, with an international cuisine that has also incorporated the traditional Argentine barbecue grill.
