Recoleta

Clark's is a traditional restaurant in the neighborhood of Recoleta founded in 1974 by chef Gato Dumas. It is a space that was a pioneer in the area, reaching international prestige.

In its environment, warmth and good service predominate, with an international cuisine that has also incorporated the traditional Argentine barbecue grill. Among its highlights, you can start the experience through the tenderloin carpaccio or mushrooms stuffed with ricotta. From there, the road can take us to the great beef loin Clark's.
