Those who arrive early (open from Tuesday to Saturday from 7 pm) can witness the sunset over the Río de la Plata and even spot the Uruguayan coast on the horizon.

The floor, like a semicircle, includes a room for 100 people with an exquisite bar by the Venezuelan Carlos León. The drinks menu has an exhaustive selection of national and imported brands of spirits and sparkling wines, plus some captive signature cocktails (from $ 160), such as the reversion of the classic Tom Collins, here prepared with rosemary syrup and thyme powder.
