> Tourist Welcome Center at BAM

The Tourist Welcome Center at the Buenos Aires Museum (BAM) is located in the Altos de Elorriaga building, Defensa 187. It is the starting point to begin exploring both the museum and the city. There, you will be amazed by playful and multisensory experiences that will allow you to discover the attractions of different neighborhoods, buy experiences, and acquire locally designed objects.
You will be surprised by a touch screen map with information about the city's various points of interest, talking pictures that will tell you about Buenos Aires' passions and cover different themes, a totem where you can take a great photo of the city and receive it in your email or by scanning a QR code, interactive games for all ages, and a 360° viewer presenting a three-dimensional film about the city.

Location: Defensa 187, Monserrat.
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, 11 AM to 8 PM.
Accessibility: It has a tactile map, information in Braille, audio description information, assistance with pictograms, ramp access, accessible restroom, and trained staff.
