Dario Gualtieri Bistro

Palermo

From an outstanding recycled house in the neighborhood of Palermo, the renowned chef Darío Gualtieri gets down to work to give life to a personal gastronomic experience such as Darío Gualtieri (DG) Restó. The living room is distributed from the front windows to the bottom where a kitchen awaits. At the reception there is an imposing vitraux next to a stylish armchair.
With a capacity for a little more than twenty people, the space maintains original aspects of the house, as part of its exposed brick walls or part of its openings, and combines them with light modern touches. The result? A sober and elegant room, with a warm and cozy atmosphere, with serene lighting, and particularly comfortable thanks to the style of its chairs (wide and with upholstery).

DG Bistró's kitchen uses fresh market produce and is French-inspired. It offers a tasting menu of six steps accompanied with a pairing on each plate from wineries with premium labels, from a letter that changes from week to week. Also included are Nespresso coffee and Thealosophy tea. And the whole experience is accompanied by music by classical artists from their own collection.
