In the neighborhood of Almagro, Doña awaits us, a canteen that tries to pay homage to the emblematic still lifes of Buenos Aires from the perspective of the present. The memory of childhood, the rooms, the aromas, their flavors, the vermouth, the family, the after-dinner, all within a small and warm corner. The cuisine is fused between home-made dishes, signature and Italian cuisine, highlighting the fuccile kneaded to the fierrito, the pork bondiola with soy sauce and honey with vegetables or the prawns in turmeric sauce with rice cooked in coconut milk. Desserts, like in every family home, are full of love, so our choice is tiramisu, homemade flan or bananas with dulce de leche.
