FAYER Buenos Aires

Palermo
Fayer means fire and it is the element that gives life to this restaurant where Israeli and Argentine food come together to create sophisticated and contemporary dishes.

Located in the heart of Palermo, at Cerviño 4417, this restaurant with modern Israeli cuisine and Argentine grill came to Madrid with this concept that mixes roots and turns them into modern and original dishes that attract attention from their presentation to their combination of flavors.

Both in Madrid and Buenos Aires, Fayer lives up to its name with dishes prepared in tannur (stone and clay oven), mangal with swords over the coals, smoked, spiedo and grilled. Its menu is fresh, exotic and with many Mediterranean influences that pair perfectly with Argentine grilled cuts of meat.

The menu includes sambusek, potato knishes, vegetable bohios, pastrami patties or calf kibbe, hummus and baba ganoush, so typical of Jewish cuisine, and other simpler and well-known ones, such as salads and catch of the day, but always with some distinctive and level touch given by the regional ingredients. The most important dish is the pastrami with bone, a spiced beef rack that is cooked for 10 days to achieve an irreplaceable flavor. Among the sweets, the traditional baklava and the Fayer cheesecake with white chocolate and seasonal fruit candy stand out.
