In Palermo we find a new proposal, a Bar Buenos Aires Bar that goes back to the classic still lifes and pizzerias of the 50s, with a New York look. Forneria means "place of ovens". We have four ovens, among them, the pizza oven made of gas and wood fueled material, which perfumes the pizzas and the breads we cook there. In Fornería you can find from the typical Spanish potato omelette, the burrata with arugula, homemade pastas, pizzas baked in the wood-fired oven, to the inevitable Neapolitan Milanese. Its doors open for breakfast and continue open until the evening, inviting you to come in for a while. In addition to lunches and dinners, it is a good place for the typical coffee or the afternoon snack.
