Hello Jacoba

Palermo
Hello Jacoba is a beautiful tour of Jewish cuisine, where Sephardic and Ashkenazi food meet, proposing a range of flavors and colors that make it irresistible to the palate.

Located in the neighborhood of Palermo, this proposal aims to reflect a typical table where you will not only try a dish, but a variety of sauces, snacks and casseroles of this culture, applying creativity and all its heritage. Being one of the first restaurants of author Jewish cuisine in Buenos Aires, Hola Jacoba offers a modern lounge, with a dim lighting that invites us to the intimate encounter, and a decoration that does not saturate our senses, but rather leaves them free to an intense gastronomic experience.

Some of the menu options are the "Jacoba" (hummus, eggplant pasta, tabuleh, lajmayin, knishes, sambuzak and bohio); the homemade pastrón accompanied by bittersweet cucumbers, dijon mustard and Arabic bread; farfalaj with chicken; kaftes; the casserole of varenikes, pastrami, falafel, wrapped children, salayan, keftes and kippe in the oven; or baklava, dates and mamul. And as final sweet temptation, apple strudel.
