Inspired by the clubs of London, New York and Berlin, Isabel Bar landed in Palermo with a unique and exclusive concept.

Classic drinks, elegant food, and a setting and lighting that combines high design, velvets and exotic woods with the rebellion of studs and rock & roll.

The bar, under the command of Javier Capilla, highlights some not-so-known mixtures and ingredients that arouse curiosity such as Intrepidus with Whiskey, Pineapple, Simple Syrup, Angostura and lime or the Red Crown with Vodka, Grapefruit Juice, Vanilla Syrup, syrup Raspberry and lemon.

In the kitchen of Isabel Bar you can find delicacies to nibble such as Brusqueta & hummus, Octopus Chip with crispy sweet potatoes or a White Tiradito with nikkei sauce and rocoto and more elaborate dishes such as Salmon Tartare with ciboullete or the Classic Ceviche with catch of the day fresh.
