Kanu Sushi opens its doors in the neighborhood of Palermo in 2005 with the purpose and mission of spreading the ancient Japanese cuisine along with the diversity and distinction of the magnificent Peruvian touch.

To do this, it delights its guests with a proposal of intense flavors and aromas where you will see the work of the sushiman, who will be able to find it elaborating the delights in order to savor it.

They will have the pleasure to taste tickets like tiradito kanu: fine fish cuts bathed in special sauce of the house or to opt for a traditional tiradito my Peru which stands out for its milk of tiger (juice of lemons, purple onion, cilantro, cream of tiger milk, lemon chili, celery).

In addition, it stands out for its careful and professional service, inspired by the passion with which they open their restaurant every day.

Since the beginning of this gastronomic experience, the menu seduces and invites you to embark on an imaginary journey through the secrets of Peruvian and Nikkei cuisine.

There we can also find ceviches, anticuchos and its nikkei fusion: sushi, salmon and meat with fine oriental touches.

If we talk about specialties, you should not miss the famous salmon roll (Salmon tartare with special sauce, avocado and salmon flambéed on the outside topped with chives).

A perlite of this restaurant is the tori ginger (chicken dice marinated in ginger and laqueados in teriyaki sauce with rice and sesame).

To drink, we have a wide variety of wines and sparkling wines in our menu, finely selected by our sommelier.

We wait for you and enjoy it!
