The abbey

Belgrano
At the corner of the busy Luis María Campos Avenue and Gorostiaga Street, we recognize some points at a glance: the canyon of the German Embassy, the Solar de la Abadía shopping mall, the bell tower of the Church of San Benito and a camouflaged entrance , a huge gate.

It's about La Abadía, the new Art Center and Latin American Studies.

It is not the typical art center, suddenly the sounds of the avenue are silenced and we find ourselves in a haven of peace, a temporary one.

It is a great option both for its varied activities and meetings for lovers of Latin American culture as well as for its impressive architectural beauty.

The Center offers visitors an incredible place to appreciate and experience the beauty of the place, its lush nature, cloister and gardens and to cultivate the spirit in its exhibition rooms fully equipped with the latest standards of lighting and reception of the public.

The Abbey, Center for Latin American Studies and Art is designed to offer film-debates, forums, workshops, courses, forums and concerts related to Latin American art.

And if you want to simply escape the noises of the city, just sit down at one of the coffee tables, with a nice view of the renovated garden and the galleries of the cloister.
