L'adesso means "what's now" in Italian. Born by Leonardo Fumarola, Italian from Rome and born in Puglia who came to the country to have his first child and decided to bet and set up his own restaurant.
Located in the Feel Buenos Aires Appartments, it presents a large space completely renovated and with modern ambience. The tables and chairs are covered with white tablecloths and lined in the same tone and the soft light gently illuminates the living room creating an intimate and elegant atmosphere that invites you to enjoy pleasant moments.
For the beginning there is no better way than to stand out in the Antipasti's delight, such as Mozzarella spiced in cream with raw ham, fresh cheese and artichoke in oil; the pulpitos in wet with thin escarole and lentils; Pumpkin flan, parmiggiano sauce and mushrooms, and eggplant with mozzarella, tomato and seafood of the day. The main ones have fresh pastas made in the local and dry from Divella, as well as the tomato to make the sauces. In addition, it has options without TACC, 100% Italian and suitable for coeliacs.
The novelty of L'adesso is the bar of drinks, from where the classics of the Italian cocktail bar as the Garibaldi; Negroni; Aperol Spritz and Milano Torino to enjoy with appetizers such as Bruschettas with tomatoes and basil, Tarallini al Finocchietto, Liver Pâté, Baccala, coffee and capers.
For foodies, L'adesso offers for sale several of the delicacies prepared in the restaurant: fresh pasta from the house and dried from Divella, Genoese toast, grissini, cantuccini, amaretti, olive pate, papardelle aromatic oils with cocoa, lemoncello, arancello, carciofello and fragolino.
