Las Cuartetas is a classic pizzeria in the downtown district of San Nicolás, in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is located on Avenida Corrientes 838, next to the Opera Theater.

In this local classic, the pizza is prepared to the mold (ie, with thick dough and not too crispy), which is why it is difficult to eat it with your hands and without a dish. However, at the customer's request, half-dough (thinner) or stone (thin and crunchy) pizzas are also made.

In all cases the special feature of the dishes is the abundant cheese. It is also served, accompanying the portions, the traditional fainá.
