Las Pizarras is an author's bistro located on Thames street in the busy neighborhood of Palermo. At the hands of Chef Rodrigo Castilla, we will be surprised with each proposal, since he is responsible for the preparation of each dish, from bread to desserts. It consists of a small room of austere decoration among which stand out the slates that announce the dishes that are offered that day, since it does not have a fixed letter written.
At each visit we can find delicious dishes based on rabbit, lamb, bondiola or quail, among others. But undoubtedly fish are their strong point. Abundant portions for those of good eating and flavors defined and excellently achieved.
The wine list is limited but well chosen, and it is recommended to consult according to the chosen dish to achieve the perfect match. The attention is good and kind.
