Its gastronomic proposal has the signature cuisine as its maximum exponent, through the work of its chef Gonzalo Pérez and Max Luque. And which is accompanied effectively by an extensive and varied menu of fresh drinks. Among its main dishes, it is said loudly that we will have to savor veal braised in demiglace sauce, accompanied by tender potatoes and asparagus; the pacific salmon in citrus jelly, accompanied by spaetzel and romesco red; or the tofu topped with Leitmotiv seeds, served with quinoa and basil risotto, and served with beet cream and soft mushroom soil.
