In the neighborhood of Congreso, Nihonbashi builds a family atmosphere, becoming a great exponent of Japanese food in Buenos Aires thanks to his career. The ambience of the place is authentic, through open spaces and private rooms that give warmth and intimacy. His specialty is shabu shabu: he arrives at our table through a fondue-style pot with hot water inside and his ingredients are different vegetables (mushrooms, lettuce, carrots, mushrooms and others) and slices of red meat served in two sauces (one of sesame and another of soy).
