Schwartz & Berg

Palermo

Schwartz & Berg vibrated in the heart of Brooklyn until 1985, taking as values the excellence of its ingredients, its exquisite preparation and the warmth of personalized service.

In the mid-1980s they emigrated to Argentina and today their heirs pay tribute to that experience with their gastronomic offer in the neighborhood of Palermo.

The mission? Share the passion and what they do best: cooking.

Schwartz & Berg was born on a house from the mid-twentieth century, recycled and decorated to achieve a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

The living room and its terrace of vertical gardens create an ideal environment to serve diners in the best way.

As for the flavors, the recipes fuse the cuisine of Central Europe and New York, with the Latin flavors.

The specialty of the house is hot pastrami (macerated in spices for seven days, cooked and smoked in special ovens); potato latkes with sour sauce; homemade bagel with smoked salmon and philadelphia cheese; gourmet hamburger; Berg and Club (tasty version of the chicken sandwich); or the tenderloin wrap.
