Shout is a new bar installed over the resurgent neighborhood of Retiro whose slogan "embers & drink" is a clear sign of where this new space is pointing.

Mounted on a French-style house from the beginning of the 19th century, the newly-opened bar proposes a place to relax, listen to good music, eat very well, surround yourself with an author's cocktails and an innovative wine proposal.

The identity of the space has a sense of belonging to Argentina and it reflects the character of Carlos Pellegrini, the numbering and mention of drinks linked with the pool, tereré drinks and the strong proposal in meat and wine.

The drinks are sectioned in tererés, cocktails, HighBalls, on the rocks and "dos + uno", using homemade products such as sodas, syrups, many herbs, flowers and a bottled RTD.

In an open kitchen, most go through the fires and everything is prepared in full view of the public.

It offers a limited, precise and delicious menu: tasty dishes to pair with drinks, dishes with rare cuts of meat and pork in bars, fresh catch of the day, tempting veggies options and original desserts to complete the night.

It is worth noting that Shout proposes an important wine cult by offering high quality and fractionated labels in quarter, half and glass by dispensers with the appropriate temperature.
