Vrindavan

Palermo

Vrindavan is a restaurant with Indian cuisine in the neighborhood of Palermo.

The bases of its gastronomic proposal are the typical ingredients of the region and the use of condiments characteristic of the area.

The ambience of place allows us to travel, through a low lighting that is running red to give a climate of intimacy.

The dishes include chopped lamb, lemon juice, onion, ginger and garlic ("Shik Kebab") or "Piazza Ball": onion, chickpea flour, egg, lentils, cilantro and mixed spices.

From there, we jump to the options of "Balti": chicken, lamb or shrimp, with morrón, onion, chili, paprica, curry, turmeric, tomato puree, garam masala, cumin grain, ginger and garlic; or the "Madras": chicken, lamb or shrimp, onion, curry paste, spicy, yogurt, cubed tomato, cumin, black pepper, turmeric, mustard grain, garlic and ginger.

An intense experience
