Wild Lotus

Palermo
An old house is the welcome that offers the disturbing proposal of Wild Lotus, a restaurant of typical Vietnamese dishes located in the neighborhood of Palermo. The original idea of its owners was overwhelming: to move to Buenos Aires the design of East Asia: serene atmosphere, traditional music and classic flavors of the Southeast Asian country. With a style that does the corresponding honors, Wild Lotus also kept light rustic touches that already belonged to the original architecture, like its exposed brick walls and stone floors. Warm lighting and strong colors complete the spirit of the room. To emphasize, they have a small internal patio, ideal for those who want to eat in contact with the outside. As for the flavors, a Vietnamese chef is responsible for offering options such as fried spring rolls (boiled pork spring roll, boiled shrimp, rice noodles, cucumber, herbs and carrot), wrapped in paper moistened with rice ); grilled fish; chao tom (shrimp in sugarcane); or Halong squid grill, among other varieties that invite you to be surprised.
