Atelier is a new concept in author cuisine that we found in City Bell (southern area) and spent twelve months macerating its history and its ideals, taking care of every detail to create a new harmony between the author's cuisine and the drink that complements it in its just measure: wine.

Atelier Cocina y Cava is reborn without losing its essence; entertain your guests with an experience full of sensations. Its cuisine is led by the chef Santiago Palma, passionate to discover new contrasts and great host of the after-dinner. Among the suggestions of the house is the tasting menu of six steps: a small tour along the menu, where you can taste six of the dishes to discover aromas, textures and flavors specially selected by their chef.

In addition, there are temptations such as farm eggs, salt beets, roasted eggplant, goat cheese and black olive pesto; candied day fishing, potatoes battered in herbs, garlic puree and paprika tile; Homemade bígoli, mussels and white wine calamaretti; or the lamb in two firings, cake of potato confit, peas and mint.
