Casa Felix is a proposal that works under closed doors, in the surroundings of Chacarita, from a concept that seeks to create intimate culinary experiences, inspired by the culture of Latin American cuisine. There, through a meeting with no more than fifteen diners, a dinner is offered with a five-step tasting menu inspired by American spices, aromas and Latin ingredients. It changes regularly according to the seasonality and availability of the products, which guarantees fresh raw materials, and which are often born in the backyard of this house. Among the dishes that we can find there, there are options such as surubí in Mesopotamian broth; white salmon on wheat mote with pine mushrooms; pies stuffed with mushrooms and pumpkin seeds; the warm escabeche of exotic mushrooms, kumquats and peperina oil; or the squid with lavender chimichurri. Among his sweet caresses, you can find creations such as compote of bananas with dulce de leche mousse (from Salta). It is worth noting that the beginning of the experience occurs in a magical inner courtyard, where reception is offered.
