Galidón

Núñez

Galidón is a gastronomic proposal that owes its name to the French word "gueridon", which means table or auxiliary support furniture that is used in restaurants to flame, carve or cut dishes in view of the client.

Located in the neighborhood of Núñez, this space offers typical Buenos Aires cuisine, where the specialties that come out of the grill are combined with tasty homemade pastas.

It has a large room, with very good capacity, where the center is occupied by traditional tables and chairs, and the sides by comfortable fixed chairs.

It exhibits warm lighting and precise decoration, which does not saturate the senses.

As for the specialties, special provoleta with peppers and bacon are highlighted; the rabas; the different varieties of Argentine meat roasted in view of the client; spinach ravioli with scarparo sauce; pink salmon ravioli with cream and black caviar; or the pepperoni Galidón pizza, olives and mushrooms.

And as a final sweet: chocolate volcano or Galidón glass with raspberry sauce.
