Located in the neighborhood of Recoleta, proudly displays a history of prestige and notoriety that this hotel has been building throughout history, hosting national and international personalities. The chef in charge of this gastronomic proposal is Ramiro Martínez, who offers a culinary experience that has French cuisine as the protagonist. Of his presentations, we can highlight: the chestnut and vanilla soup, bitter chocolate ice cream on spiced bread; onion soup; rabbit risotto; rack of lamb and vegetable curry; or the gravlax cured salmon on walnut bread, lemon cream and envy. And to conclude with this experience of first level, a sweet caress that arrives in the form of creme brulee or tarte tatín.
