La Estancia restaurant was born in 1949, located in the traditional neighborhood of Palermo, in front of the Botanical Garden. Since then it has delighted diners through its varied gastronomic menu, and its excellence in service and comfort. The intention is this gastronomic proposal is to provide everything homemade and warm to eat at home, so you can enjoy a pleasant moment. The ambience of the place is pleasant, with scattered tables that offer wide spaces, next to an outstanding Botanical view.
As for the flavors, it offers a wide variety of special cuts grilled on the coals and fusion cuisine of Buenos Aires. His international executive chef is Julio Cesar Jara (former chef of Amarena, Oianume Spain), who is responsible for offering meats, chicken, fish and vegetables fused with balance to achieve quality for diners. Some highlights are the filet of abadejo in sauce four cheeses; the chorizo steak; the chicken pamplona with garnish; or the salad from La Estancia.
