Juan Matsuoka directs and cooks in the restaurant that bears his surname.

Located in the neighborhood of Palermo, it has a room for 28 people, as well as a private room for events.

Its ambience has a friendly style, ideal to indulge in the intense flavors of Japanese cuisine.

Within its proposal, Kaizeki style stands out: the spirit of a refined cuisine, with fresh products that usually come from their own gardens.

We can highlight the moriawase sashimi: salmon, mullet, pejerrey, sole, sea bream and squid; the shoga yaki: bondiola to wok slices finished with special soy sauce and ginger accompanied with vegetables; and the nabeyaki udon: homemade noodles, vegetables, seafood, braised in a traditional Japanese iron pot.

Matsuoka also has a wine list of boutique wineries and a selected variety of traditional Japanese drinks and infusions.
