Trova opens its doors in the neighborhood of Palermo to be an original proposal born from the hand of sommelier Alejandro Verbistky Russo. It is a wine bar and wine bar that invites you to share great moments, in a modern and relaxed atmosphere where wine is the guest of honor.

During the day, this space works like a wine bar with more than 200 labels; and in the afternoons and evenings, it becomes an unquestionable place to enjoy pairings, together with the best selection of Argentine wines (more than 25 different labels per glass, week by week, between red, white, sparkling and late harvest wines) .

We receive an immense wine cellar with capacity for three thousand bottles, in a space set with four high tables with eight stools each, and three tables with chairs Eames design.

It has an intermediate sector with tables and chairs to enjoy as a couple, and the lounge below, intended for the light pairing between wines and snacks. The kitchen consists of tapas-type delicacies such as smoked salmon carpaccio or lamb brochette and parma prawns. And preparations of the day, with options with pasta and another with meat, such as the cheek to the cabernet with spiced potatoes or the penne rigatti with cream of smoked salmon and zucchini.
